Tester access Privacy Support

Stage: Production review in progress on Google Play. Managed publishing is off, so Google Play will publish automatically after approval.
Build: Android release 1.0.2 (3) with the new Buni artwork, safe bottom spacing, menu music controls, and live AdMob wiring.
Access: Tester opt-in still resolves through com.kupelekanatu.buni while the production listing finishes review.
Ads: AdMob requests are live in the Android release, and app-ads.txt is live at the root domain.
