If Veve is not loading correctly, the scan flow is failing, or ads are behaving incorrectly, email support with your device model, Android version, app version, and a short description of the issue.

Quick troubleshooting
- Force close and reopen the app.
- Update to the latest version from Google Play.
- Retry the scan in the Android wrapper on a supported device.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if remote market data is not refreshing.
